Pharmaimage is official partner of the BioCog Research Consortium

Pharmaimage is happy to announce its participation as a strategic partner of the newly established EU-funded FP7 research consortium: Biomarker Development for Postoperative Cognitive Impairment in the Elderly (BioCog): www.biocog.eu.

The BioCog consortium brings together academic and private organization from across Europe. It is the goal of this consortium to provide biomarker-based predictors for the development of post-operative cognitive disorders – an increasingly acknowledged medical problem in elderly patients undergoing surgical interventions. This strategic alliance of Pharmaimage includes internationally renowned academic institutions including the Charité – University Medicine Berlin, Cambridge University, Max-Delbrück Center of Molecular Medicine (MDC), the University of Utrecht, the Italian National Institute of Health and the Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (Bioinformatics) (www.biocog.eu).
